The property was beautifully decorated. Our dinner was good, enjoyed the boat ride. We waited AN HOUR in the Marriott Bonvoy members line to check in. That was certainly a disappointment.

It is also disappointing to hear that you had to wait in our Marriott Bonvoy Elite line for a longer than normal period of time. Please note that our Front Office STARS (employees) work very hard to provide a detailed check-in experience and we try to staff both the regular line and the Marriott Bonvoy Elite check-in line appropriately. All of our STARS are dedicated and committed to providing superior levels of customer service and I can assure you that your comments will be passed along to our front office leadership team and action will be taken to help improve the arrival experience.As a valued guest, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and we hope that, in the future, we can welcome you to our resort again and provide you with our signature, extraordinary service.

The signage to get around the large

Left my jacket in my room during a room change and haven't heard anything yet as to if it was found. The lost & found facility is located off site & can only be contacted via email?! I find that rather unusual. This incident happen on 12/12/24. I checked out on 12/13/24. It is 12/17/24 and still no reply from the hotel concerning my jacket.
The temperature in the public area(s) & halllway(s) of the hotel were rather chilly (staff member indicated this was because of the plants in the public areas).

My wife and I went for ICE. We listened to many parents tell their children “Sorry that is too expensive “. You even had Santa hidden away. That is horrible let parents take a photo with Santa and their child. If they want a photo package that is still available. Hiding Santa away is just a Scrooge or Grinch thing to do!
