our room was spacious and the view amazing.... cleaning staff friendly even though' they didn't speak English.... Staff at front desk we found unfriendly = no eye contact and it seemed that they were unhappy at their jobs and when asked questions seemed to be bothered.

The only thing we did not like was the Internet service was spotty so the TV kept going in and out. Everything else was great!

The Embassy Suites is located a short walk from all the downtown Nashville attractions and the staff are over the top friendly!
