My toddlers feet are black from walking on the carpet. They put us on the 3rd floor which intails walking up 2 flights of stairs with a toddler and i have a bad knee. There are vacant rooms on the ground level.

Upon arrival into our room we smelled a horrible smell it was almost like vomit I called front desk and ask to be switched to a different room they told me they couldn’t do that and gave me Lysol!! The Lysol did nothing for the smell later the next day my daughter laid down for a nap and dropped her bottle behind the bed when I went to pick it up I found that her bottle had landed in a pile of dog/cat poop I immediately went to front desk and they made house keeping come clean it and I ask for a refund the wouldn’t give me a full refund they agreed to 50 percent refund but Expedia ask me to pay a 50 dollar cancellation fee before I get the refund.. I should not have to pay anything after going through this I will be contacting legal if this is not refunded ASAP

We have already approved a refund for one night and communicated this to Expedia.I understand there were some misunderstandings regarding your room change. My desk staff did offer to assist you in changing rooms, but I recognize you chose to stay in the same room. Additionally, we sent a housekeeper to help address your concerns, and I have confirmed that the offer of Lysol was made.I appreciate your understanding that when reservations are made through third-party websites, the hotel is not able to issue direct refunds. Please reach out to Expedia directly for further assistance with your refund.Thank you for your understanding, and again, I apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused.

Nice and affordable definitely recommend

Great breakfast options for my family’s different dietary choices. Pool was nice and cool. The overall stay was great.
