Clean, friendly staff , close to the music. Parking overpriced is my only dislike

Surprised to show up and have to pay $48 per night for parking. Other similar properties in the same are had free parking. Also had been looking forward to the outdoor fire pit in the patio area but is not turned on during our three day stay.
