It is ONLY right to start with the staff... There is not a single person who works at this hotel, from the bellmen to the concierge to the front desk to the cleaners to the repairmen, who are not EXCELLENT at what they do. Service and responsiveness from EVRYONE was outstanding. We had physical maintenance issues (bathtubs) that required us to move rooms twice over the course of a 3 night stay, which was inconvenient of course, but that was NOT the fault of anyone we came into contact with who worked for the Conrad, and they did EVERYTHING imaginable to make things as right as they could. Every guest staying at this hotel is made to feel like a VIP. It is what everyone should think of when they think 5-star.

Austin the manger was top notch! He made our stay during thanksgiving even better than we could have imagined his hospitality was unmatched. Lovely hotel, staff was extremely nice and helpful. They really treat you like royalty. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable beds.
