Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety. The location was convenient to the highway, but in an area with lots of other economy motels/hotels. The mattress was ok, not great, not terrible. Ac worked well.

Old hotel. Needs updated everything. The pool and workout area it was over 90 degrees in each room. Workout room had water all over the floor from the dehumidifiers overflowing. Very unsafe, I was afraid to workout because of heat. It needs to be shut down and remodeled completely. Some of the rooms have a wet smell.. smells like mildew is in the rooms and parts of the hotel. I will never stay there again.

Front desk clerk at check-in was PHENOMENAL! She treated us with good customer service rhat is virtually non-existant these days. She had also been cleaning the areas in lobby, very kind and pleasant and above and beyond helpful.
While the hotel is a but older, and could use a few updates, it was super clean! Do not hesitate to stay here.

Disappointed from the start. Room given had not been cleaned, hotel was dirty. There are alternatives for my future stays when in Nashville

Guests were loud. Had a flat in their parking lot. Sink started flooding in bathroom. Was not offered any compensation.
