Property did not honor the room type on my reservation for a birthday trip. Staff were rude about it not being available and were unwilling to compromise to find a mutual solution. Was offered 3 drink tickets to the hotel bar for 2 people and 3 nights as “compensation” for their overselling. Do not recommend.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! So friendly and all around awesome. I would recommend for sure.

Liked that is was close to Broadway.
Restaurants in the building were good as well.
