We stayed for one night. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good.
We had issues on arrival as although we had booked 2 queen beds for 3 people. ( couple and teenage daughter). They only had a room with 1 king bed. Provided a fold out mattress and bag of bedding. Our booking also said free breakfast and they said no breakfast was included. We showed them the booking in the morning and they honored the free breakfast but said the mix up with room and breakfast happened because we had booked through a third party. We used Expedia. Have been using Expedia for over 20 years with no issues.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. More than happy to help in a last minute situation for us.

The bar and restaurant area had a nice vibe and loved the outdoor seating

Part of the ceiling was falling apart near the window in our room. It was being held up by painters tape which seemed odd to say the least. The couch in our room was visibly dusty leading us to believe it is never cleaned. The toilet was extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable to use.
Many of the food and beverage options near the front desk were not priced. $10 for three bottles of water seemed extreme. There were two options but after waiting in line to purchase I just wanted to get the water and bring it back to our room. I would rather see them offer a free bottle of water to each person staying in a room as opposed to a free cookie. That being said, the free cookie they advertised on their website and on promotional materials inside the lobby and on a vehicle outside was never provided. I could care less about a cookie but it was odd that they promote it so much without actually offering it.
The pool had some sort of plastic liner that was not fixed to the ground which caused it to float above the actual bottom of the pool. Very awkward feeling when walking around. There was also a thick line of dirt around the liner just above the top of the water.
The parking garage ceiling was so low that the trunk to our Mazda CX-5 hit it which resulted in a chunk of the trunk door chipping off.
The hotel rates were comparable to other options in the area. Considering that similarity I would have expected much better based on our experience as noted above.

The check in process was seamless. Very clean inside and the outside was clean and landscape was nice. There are restaurants in walking distance as well. The batteries in the tv controller were dead. I called from desk and they were there in 2 mins. Literally saying sorry it took so long when I was amazed how quick they got there

Expected higher quality for a Hilton. Had issues with accessibility in the Tub area that management did fix. Should inspect rooms once in awhile though for QA
