We stayed at your hotel on 9/3 for two rooms in Narvik , has paid to Expedia in full in th amount of $351.82 but we received my credit charge to julie fung account in the amount of $160.78 , it’s a dispute charge, please kindly to reverse , thank you !

They checked us into an old room that was really hot and dirty. A very high step into the bathroom which made it easy to fall. Very unsafe for elderly or kids. They did upgrade our room to a renovated one, but with a fee of 200 NOK. Better be safe than sorry!

Good hotel but bit tired rooms

The hotel is conveniently located and staff very friendly. The rooms are a bit tired and more like a budget hotel, the breakfast v nice but no room to sit. The gym access a few buildings down was good

Clean and cozy room, affordable price, location good. The room temperature was not adjustable and hence it was too hot to sleep. Would have kept window open but the traffic noise was too loud. Would not come back during summer. The most important thing about a hotel is to offer a good night’s sleep, this hotel could not deliver that.

I had a lovely room facing the water. Nice-sized room and very comfortable. Bathroom was really good as well. Staff were very helpful.
