The shuttle back to the airport was very convenient. Only wished there was one from the airport to the hotel. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was great bonus

Staff were super helpful, free airport shuttle service was great, location was good. Beds were comfortable and very clean! would definitely stay here again 😊

This hotel is a little older in the lobby and the room I was in was a bit outdated; however, I saw a room open across the hall that looked renovated and newer. They had laundry available, a few vending machines, and a Family Mart in the lobby. The shuttle to and from the airport in convenient. The thing that left the biggest impression on me was the lovely woman that helped me at the front desk. She was nice and helpful and made checking in/out very pleasant.

The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful but the Family mart staff was not. Hotel is a bit outdated, equal to Motel standard. Airport shuttle driver park his bus outside not in front of the hotel and there was no calling out so we sat there waiting but missed the bus.

Loved this place! It was nice and quiet and very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the shower and toilet has mold. The shower walls and curtain had mold spots and the inside of the toilet bowl was moldy, too. Other than that, it was great!

We had an great stay for 6 days. The bathroom is a bit small but its okay..

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It was our first night in Japan . Staff was super friendly and could speak English. They offer a shuttle service but unfortunately no one responded to my email requesting pickup from the airport, so we had to taxi. Their buffet breakfast was good too, as my son has nut allergies, the staff was able to let us know which items to avoid .
