The room was worn down with cob webs and stained lamp shades. Value and budget travellers who don't mind a near NRT stay for compromised rooms. Perfectly adequate

The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good.

The room size overall is big enough for all of my luggage Air condition is not too cold although air vent is at max The bed is too firm I had back ache after spending the night I love the bus shuttle that took me right to the airport terminal The hotel location is way outside the Narita center. Need to take the bus if I want to shop or sightseeing. Hotel does provide bus transportation I give the hotel a 4 star review

It was very difficult to use a self service check in machine, and guests had to use it when they reserved a shuttle buss. The price and the location were great.

Very nice room. Had a refrigerator, coffee maker and anything you need in the bathroom. Bed was sort of hard and pillows were not soft but we slept well. Breakfast was fabulous. There is a convenience store within the hotel as well as a restaurant where we had curry beef and it was fabulous. Well equipped for Americans with bedside outlets.
