I always stay here for the price, the convenience and most importantly the service and the staff. I know what I’m getting and I’m never let down.

I should note that during the winter season, the AC does not run so it's a bit warmer than usual.

There is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hotel. Very convenient location.

I think for the price you get and the convenience of being so close to Narita and the free shuttle service, it’s fantastic. The stay itself, the hotel is definitely old, not too many lights in the halls, feels a bit lived in? Room is fine, again for the price it serves its purpose and is fine.
The staff however were extremely accommodating. Right off the uber they greeted us and helped us with our bags, not only into the building but up and into our rooms as well.
We had some difficulties with one of the shuttle buses back to the airport and one of their staff was kind enough to contact the driver of the bus and update us with info.
