Nice and welcoming staff, newish and clean hotel, including rooms. Very convenient if you are arriving with a car.

Property team was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great as there are very few options nearby. Lots of healthy choices for the person in our group with allergies.

Clean, modern and comfortable property with friendly, multi-lingual staff. Perfect for our stop on the way to Provence from Spain.

Attached restaurant has poor servive. Hotel in a busy semi industrial/commercial area. Secure fence around parking. Felt safe. Room air conditioner was giving problems. Staff member very helpful. Problem not fixed. Slept with the window open.
Room clean. Appears to be relatively new. I would stay again but don't bother with attached restaurant. The breakfast at €11/each was decent but nothing to write home about.

Convenient enough for a few hours of rest

Poor and basic hotel
Posted 27 Oct 2019 on HotelsOne night stop-over. Staff friendly and helpful checking in and checking out. Room very basic and bathroom had horrible smell.

Perfect location for walking into the main city area. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways. Located on the main roadways for getting in and out of Narbonne. Hotel was clean well kept and the reception staff were excellent. Only downside we had was the shutters on the window rattled - but we soon solved that 👍.
