"The property is centrally located, easy walking distance to Okanagan beach, the event center, the river cruise and other activities. The rooms are clean and did not hear noise from other rooms which is an appreciated bonus. The pool was well used, although I just swam in the lake. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We freakin love this place, we always get a lake view room so we're looking at the water on the deck the whole time. The staff is great, I actually had 2 credit cards fall out of my wallet and they found them after we left, they called me and are shipping them back to my house in Regina. The only complaint we have is the toilet, it's too small and awkwardly shaped."

"Never been to Kelowna before and our stay was medical in nature and very last minute. Was looking for a quality hotel at a reasonable price. As it is summertime and the July long weekend, I didn’t know what to expect. Found this hotel in West Kelowna with excellent ratings and one of the few reasonably priced places. Anyway, I was very impressed. While it might have been a little further from the hospital than what I wanted, the hotel more than made up for that with excellent service, amazing room and incredibly comfortable beds. On top of that, the restaurant was fabulous with so many delightful entrees to choose from. If I come back to Kelowna I’m definitely going to eat there again. While I didn’t take advantage of the pool, I will next time for sure. It is unique in that it’s half indoors and half outdoors. The people at the front desk were always so attentive and helpful. And the room was very roomy, nicely decorated with incredibly comfortable beds. The bath was also gorgeous and inviting. I definitely see why this hotel has been getting such high reviews. And I will gladly book here again. "
