A good Location, near Napoli's central train station, clean and friendly staff. The rooms are large enough with all amenities for a morning coffee, but also has a roof terrace with a very good restaurant. A good value for money.

My room smelled like cabbage. The floors were not the cleanest. The area around it is transient with a ton of litter. Very busy area being right by the train station. Staff was super friendly!

Honestly, it's a fine hotel and the location is both a great asset (if it's a short stay) or not (if you want to be "in the middle of Naples").
Great if you are overnighting in Naples as it's in the same piazza as Garibaldi/Napoli Centrale.
Water pressure in the shower is fine. Beds are comfortable.
Note that in the winter, you have a base level of heat on and can't do that much to change it; if you get cold easily, this is great.
The restaurant is okay, but there are better dining options in the city.
Front desk service is good. Bar/restaurant service is fine at established mealtimes but spotty outside that.

Hotel itself was nice. Area was a bit sketchy but honestly felt perfectly safe walking a few blocks around the hotel.
Loud traffic at nite while trying to sleep. only a a 5 min drive to hotel at 4am with no traffic tho.
Recommend for quick layover.

The UNAHOTELS is in a very good location, the personal was very polite, and the service provided was good.

Really great property wonderful bed, great hot water and super staff. And for Americans wonderful air-conditioning

Hotel itself is nice and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive. As some others have mentioned, the surrounding area is a bit busy and can be sketchy, but we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very good service BUT still waiting for my 50euro that charged on checkin more than 1 week . They should be paid after the check out
