One person at the front desk refused to help when asking a question, contradicting what another front desk staff had said over the phone. He was very rude, but everyone else was extremely helpful and nice

Great place to stay in Naples if you are traveling by car, safe parking on premises and close to ferry terminal if you plan visiting Capri on your stay
