Hotel is modern and clean. The rooms lack some basic conveniences (like hooks to hang towels and bathrobe). Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is good.

Save your money
Posted 12 Oct 2024 on HotelsOnly needed a room for a one night stay. While the staff is excellent and very accommodating the room was dirty. The shower was covered in mold and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Very disappointing for the price point.

Good but not great
Posted 30 Sep 2024 on HotelsThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gourmet breakfast was excellent every single day. The 4-star rating is really due to the aging of the hotel which is starting to show. Our shower head did not work and we had to use a hand wand to shower. Also, the internet was very inconsistent. Considering this is a 5-star hotel charging premium rates, we would expect the hotel to be better maintained. The location was also very convenient.
