The front desk personnel were very helpful. The bed and pillow 5 stars. But the room itself had sticky floors, the bathroom was in need of repairs and the roof was dark and tacky. The comfortable bed, surroundings and front desk personnel made up for it.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The cleaning personnel were very clean. The parking was very close by the hotel. The breakfast was nice. Very close and walkable to the city center and attractions. Plenty of restaurants around the area. The hotel was on the see side so you can enjoy the walk next to the see.

Posted 23 Sep 2024 on HotelsOur room looked fabulous , balcony with water views . But the rest was a let down . Our room was adjacent to elevator & ridiculously noisy all night . We could evehear reception staff chatting below us . Air con had a mouldy musty smell , we turned it off .We had to ask them to lower their voices.
Breakfast was almost non existent with only 90% cakes. No bread except for dry stale white slices. Cafe latte was tepid. Didn't bother after first day .

I commented to the front desk that the hot water was not hot, and the next morning, it had been resolved to my great please. Had a perfectly hot shower.!!
