View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples.

Good location. 10 minutes walk to metro station. Short walk to Via Tribunali for pizza, dining etc. There is no lobby, it is a building with next door office. Check in was easy, they contacted us before & we let them know what time we are expecting to be there. Going into the building is a process but it seems it is the same in the surrounding area. It is just hard for older people manuevering through the small door. We felt safe in the area. We were out till midnight every night. Appartment is in good condition but shower is terrible. It is one of those ready boxed showers. It is very hard to get in as one side of the door is blocked with the wall. It is very narrow too. Impossible with kids or normal size person. I am skinny & it is still was uncomfortable. Oultets does not work if the key is not in the room. You can't charge anything if you are not in the room. Comfortable bed in the bedroom but terrible sofa bed in the kitchen. Felt like you are sleeping without matress & very squicky. Overall it is overpriced. Not worth what we paid.

Except for some late evening noise disturbances that were quickly dealt with it was a decent experience

Unsafe neighborhood
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsI was robbed of my iPhone right in front of the hotel. The street is very dark at night, and the reception keeps its shutters closed at all times. It’s impossible to check in without calling them to find the correct door, leaving a visitor exposed to a snatch and grab. The two thieves on a motorcycle had clearly been following me. The entire neighborhood is dirty and unsafe.

Dear Mark,we are really sad what is happened to you, but i want to remember that we are in the center of Naples in the old city, and many little roads at midnight is dark , you made a last minute and walked alone with a luggage around the city from the station in the direction to us , even you said that could be better to take a taxi from the station around midnight, i want to remember you our office at midnight is closed but we was waiting for you inside. The office has a ring bell lighted and outside of our building we have videosurvelliance, in our structure had never happend nothing like that, we are sorry for your expirience but it didn't depend on us, the day after we went togheter to the police station that is at 400mt. from us to do your Claim. We're still in contact with police in case something new pop out, hope you stayed well at least in the remaining days you stayed at our structure.Wishing well, palazzo settemrbini 49 front office

It was my first time visiting Naples, and I mostly used it as a base camp to explore other areas. The property is at a great location to access local restaurants. It was also a perfect distance to walk to the bus/train terminal. The apartment was spotless and the host was very helpful and communicative. The surrounding area feels a bit historical and not modernized whatsoever. There’s some charm to that. We walked everywhere during our stay and never felt unsafe at all. There’s also additional security measures on the building, which is always appreciated as a traveler.
