Great accommodation and attentive staff. Can’t praise them high enough for the level of attentiveness and personal attention. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be returning and recommend them to friends and family.

Historical Gem in Naples

The room was filled with comfortable bedding, the bathroom stocked with basic needs and the hospitality was exceptional. Excellent restaurant suggestions from Federica and we were given such a warm welcome.

Loved our stay here! Lovely, spacious room (Capri Room) in a charming apartment building! Everything was very clean with attention to details. We had everything we could possibly need, including a mini fridge with fresh, chilled water. The view of the city and the sea from the balcony are just as pictured. We only stayed one night as we wanted something in Naples, for an early morning flight. Next time we will stay longer!
The apartment building was in a charming neighborhood, not a tourist hotel area, walkable to the Chiaia area; exactly what we were looking for.
Our host Federica and Alex were wonderful!! Federica gave us so much information on the area, what to see, local restaurants and how to get around; very helpful! Alex assisted us with our check-in, made us esspresso with biscuit/cookies and showed us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a very kind gentleman in the courtyard, everytime we came in and out, who showed us how to enter the building, the elevator/lift up to the 5th floor, where our room was located.
There was a family in the room next to ours but we did not hear any noise. The only sounds we could hear was an occasional motorcycle in the street below. The recommended restaurant was fabulous and we found our way around very easily.

Clean safe and comfortable
Posted 4 Apr 2024 on HotelsGreat stay, very comfortable clean and safe stay. Host Fredrico always went the extra mile to provide her guidance on things to do and transport arrangements. Excellent location with nearby Metro and a few good restaurants to eat, away fro. Main tourist areas.

Too expensive for what you get toilets are so small and far from the room

We are sure that before confirming the booking, an experienced member like you, did notice this as well as the room picturew. Kindly allow us to ask if the room features didn't meet your expectation prior the booking why would you have ever paid for it and furthermore at an "expensive rate" like you are saying? Sorry but it does not make sense.We can honestly say that your discounted last minute rate of 100 (50 each guest) in a week end high summer season for a double room 20+sm2 with balcony, Sea View on Capri Island and the Bay of Naples, wooden floor, A/C, Smart TV, luxurious made in Italy beddings, Nespresso machine, Electric boiler, Safe box, Coffee & Tea facilities, free minibar & snacks in the very Center of Naples in the most safe, reach and wealthy neighbor of Naples, historic 1800 building with Concierge is a matter of fact a discounted rate and a very convenient and we are sure you know that otherwise you wouldn't have booked it :)For your information the private bathroom is literellay two steps away, your idea of "far" is quite uncommon we would say.We hope to have the pleasure to welcoming you again in the future ideally in our Suite Sea View room "Capri" with en suite bathroom :)
