The property is small and charming. Our room was also small (especially the shower stall), but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. There is a slight disagreement about check-out time. Expedia says 11:00 am; the proprietor says 10:30 am. Its very close to the Lungomare; we had a beutiful walk by Naples Bay.

Lovely hotel. We had a triple room, which was really big and beautifully decorated. Great welcome and wonderful breakfast. Perfectly located for getting around Naples. Mergellina station takes you straight to Naples central (which is walkable), Pompeii and Vesuvius. Highly recommended

Posted 19 Jul 2019 on HotelsTerrific location. Courteous and friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile to help. Room 22 was spotless, comfortable and quiet at night. Breakfast between 7 and 9 am. Will definitely go back.
Btw, there is a great pizzeria nearby: 50 Kalo' (try the "margherita with bufala"): better than Da Michele's (and no mile-long queue to get in).
