Hotel room is clean, good size for family.
Hotel restaurant staffs are excellent (very nice) and the food is really good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. About a 7-10 minute walk to the Metro. Free, secured parking was a bonus.

Staff was very helpful. Arrived near midnight. And left 3:00am as our flight was 6am. Staff directed us to a nearby pizzeria that was open. And the pizza was best that I had in Italy. Parking was available and having 24 hour reception was super convenient for us. Room was great. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Ever back in Napoli, we will definitely stay here again.
