We arrived and there was bed bugs in our room. They blamed it on a previous guest. They showed us another room. That one had bed bugs as well. They said they would only refund us if we didn't say anything about it. They did nothing to help us find another hotel. DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL !

Great property and staff! They were so helpful with the area and walk through of the room and where to find everything. We were leaving for our flight around 6:30 am and they pre packed us a breakfast for the next morning, it was very thoughtful and appreciated.
