Upon coming in room there was dirty towels left and poorly patched hole in tub. Had to ask for washcloths multiple days

Not a good Hilton property. Shower did not drain

Once we arrived it was obvious that they were under construction, which didn’t bother me. As soon as I entered my room on the 5th floor I noticed there was a large stain on the couch. I requested another room which was on the second floor, same thing. At this point I was highly upset after a long 7 hour road trip. The lady at the front desk walked with me to inspect a 3rd room, and again, stains on the couch although not as bad. Why are you offering rooms with couches that look disgusting. I also have pictures that I wish I could submit

The eating area should not be full of boxes and supplies on plain sight.,

The young man at the front desk was great!!! Room was clean and quite comfortable. Loved the area and balcony.
