The room and common areas are super nice but the city in general is dirty. Is close to the central city.
The owners are excellent, very welcoming and very accommodating.

Very cozy room and very clean as well. Location was good too. Host very friendly. We stayed one night and fit the purpose.

Posted 18 May 2023 on HotelsAlthough the building is an old Italian city apartment building, the apartments inside are finished beautifully, and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and lovely people.
All spaces were very clean and the bathroom was very modern.
Extremely convenient for travel through the airport. One sit down restaurant and a couple of pizzerias within 2 or 3 blocks. Be aware that the apartment is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. But the old marble staircase is wide. Would stay here again.

Super recommended! You will find all you need for your stay. It is not too far from the main station. The property is easy to find and super clean. The host is always available and ready to help!

Great hotel in Naples

There are common areas to relax and use for a dining area.

Don’t understand how they charge on the room
Posted 26 Apr 2023 on HotelsMy wife and me was staying there for 2 nights ending part of our Italian trip in Naple.
I have reached there after driving whole day from Carabria. The room is locating at 4th level and there are no elevator so we need to carry our heavy luggages by hands.
After first night we have left there and sight seeing in Naple the owner send me a message complaining about that we used a single bed in our room. He said he need to get extra bags for using the bed in same room. He charge me extra 100euro. The room has one double bed and one single bed and we are 2 people. Who consider you get extra charge for the bed in same room without any nortice before making reservation. I did not want to get trouble so I pay as he said.
Please be careful when you will deal with this place.

The bad manners received by the Guest is a direct consequence of the presumption of behaving in other people's homes in a manner free from any canon of civil life. The room was ransacked worse than a battlefield. Guests have left the room perpetually with all the lights on, the air conditioner on and even the water tap open. There was no consideration and respect on the part of the guests in question towards their hosts. The supplement was requested because the room was booked as a double and used as a triple. it was enough to ask to use the single bed as well and there would have been no problem or surcharge. The trash in the room was significant. Furthermore, the property is located on the second and top floor of the building, without a lift as indicated in the announcement. however, luggage was also taken to the room by B&B staff.Even the towels are left in a pitiful state. Guests like these are better lost than found.

Ideal apartment stay in Naples
Posted 25 Apr 2023 on HotelsThis place was exactly what I needed for my solo trip in Naples. The room was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything I needed. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating to make sure I checked in ok and if I needed anything. The communal spaces were also clean and nice for relaxing. I was aware of the location before booking, it's a quick bus from the train station, just beware that buses in Naples aren't hugely reliable. Otherwise, it's about 20 minutes.
I was travelling as a solo female and felt safe in the apartment. I'd recommend for a stay in Naples.

The listing claims breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant, located 50 meters away – NOT TRUE – I was not offered any breakfast.

We are sorry, but for guests who leave the structure at midnight it is not possible to provide breakfast at the affiliated structure being closed at that anger. Alternatively, we opted for a breakfast served in your room with packaged baked goods as required by the ancient COVID 19 legislation.
