Location wise it’s excellent for public transport and was good value for money with the breakfast included. No complaints

Somewhat near Napoli Termini. But that's about it.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently close to the central train and bus stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the ensuite bathroom very good. The room was clean. Breakfast was a buffet - there was a good selection.
The hotel is a little dated, not really a problem though. Our room overlooked a central courtyard that was quite scruffy. The streets around Naples are typically littered and smelly - clearly street cleaning is not the Councils priority.

The lift was broken and we had to carry our suitcases down two flights
We left very early and despite the breakfast area being staffed they would not even give us two bananas
The lady on reception the night before was very helpful

We were given a room which is meant for disable people. Surely I dident find what I expected.
