Good location next to Metro and over ground station. No thrills. Not a 4* by any stretch of imagination but comfy enough.

The property was an ideal place to stay for our visit to Pompeii.
We were able to check in at 10pm, which was ideal due to our flight being delayed.
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

I booked for this hotel but was moved to their Sister hotel Magris opposite due to renovation work. We had the best holiday. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Helped book us taxis and answered all of our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were nice with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The food was lovely with a good selection at breakfast. Don't be put off by other reviews. Yes it is in an industrial area but it’s great for a base, 5 min walk to the train station and you can go anywhere very cheaply as trains are only a few Euro and easy to use. We got taxis to the ferry port for €15 each way (need cash for this) and visited other places by ferry via ferry hopper website. Hotel only 15 mins from Naples air port taxi around €35… so easy to get around the city. Definitely returning next year. Can’t praise the staff enough, they made our stay lovely.

The amenities are not part of this property, they belong to a sister property. The area is an actual slum.

The hotel is based in industrial estate which is a bit rough, however the rooms are nice, spacious and clean, the breakfast has a nice selection, reception staff is extremely professional and helpful and a free evening transfer to and from city centre is very handy.
