Just stayed one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They coordinated a cab ride to the airport the night before, set aside a small breakfast for us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. Theg greeted us at the door when we got dropped off and made us feel comfortable right away. Cannot say enough good things about them.
I was a bit nervous since some reviews said the area was not safe but we did not feel that way at all. Steps away from a main road and very walkable to dining/touristy areas. Totally fine granted we were not out late at night.
Room was a bit weird as the shower was in the bedroom but no biggie. The room was clean and well maintained and AC worked well.
Thanks again to the wonderful staff. Would recommend this hotel!

Overall, great hotel. Awesome room with huge bathroom and shower. Excellent, helpful staff. Only complaint is that the wifi was pretty lousy. Poor / no connection in our room.

Excellent location just off the main street. Nice and quiet, very smart and welcoming, lots of eating places nearby. 5 minute walk from bus, train and metro stops. Excellent breakfast included.
It's just the best place to stay in Naples.

Good city hotel but area around busy main city road . Some buildings dilapidated .
Very clean room & bathroom. Charming & professional staff . Very helpful re dining info. Lovely rooftop bar
