Great staff. Very friendly, helpful and curteous. Room on second floor very noisy with car noise from road. No other people put on our low floor. All others had higher rooms.

For any future occasions, we would be happy to assist you in selecting a room higher up for more peace and quiet and fully enjoy our historic structure with panoramic views.To be correct we inform you that during your stay 22/24 Nov the hotel was 60% occupied the night of 22 and 95% the night of 23 and all the second floor rooms 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 (all!) was sold for other guests. You booked a classic room and room 24 is a classic. We would like to invite you to come back and experience another perspective of Naples with us. We will be happy to help you experience a more peaceful and unforgettable stay.We thank you again for your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back.Best regards

Lovely stay, great views and friendly reception staff. The dining staff were less friendly and didn’t seem to be very happy. Breakfast was great. The room was fantastic and comfortable and the hotel had a good atmosphere. Long climb up from the city but not a problem after we discovered the funicular.

Really cool old monastery converted into a hotel, however, nothing has been upgraded. This hotel has so much potential, but the owner needs to put some work into it. Restaurant is so so front desk is front desk is accommodating, but not. Frankly is kind of a creepy hotel. There are secret, staircases and underground tunnels that go to weird places. Very hard to find your way around the hotel would not stay here again. Feels like it’s in an unsafe neighborhood

Great place, amazing views and tasty breakfast. Only issue was had to remind front desk hours after check in about the terms of my reservation.
