Unpretentious, clean and comfortable 3-star hotel that does its job really, really well. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, nice continental breakfast with excellent coffee and Perfectly located for Herculaneum itself. Very pleased I stayed there.

This was a great place for us to visit Pompei from and also catch our boat tour from naples to amalfi coast. highly recommend if you just need a place to sleep and get a breakfast before starting your day.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Matteo was especially wonderful and his disposition to help us went above and beyond what we expected. I would definitely go back.

The property was cross the road from the Herculaneum entry and very close to scavi Ercolano train station.The room was clean but not facilities for make a coffee or tee.And all so no Cher.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful especially with ordering taxis; elevator lift for luggage; nice lounge area upstairs near room; large shower; buzz to get in from street; Herculaneum ruins just across the street. Cons: Website amenities state restaurant, bar, deli, coffee shop but they’re not in hotel but they are just steps away from front entrance; street light right outside our window and had inadequate blinds to shield at night so room too light for comfortable sleeping.

The reception was disjointed from the rest of the hotel which caused some confusion. The room was small but adequate and clean and tidy. Breakfast location was excellent close to our room. Breakfast was fine. Great location to Herculaneum opposite.
