Used this because of flight cancellation. It was further from the airport than we thought. So the room was cheap but paid $40 one way to get there and $35 to go back. So we paid more for the shuttle/taxi than the room. It was fine for a night.

The hotel was fine, it didn’t look like the photos listed but was not a bad place. There was some trash in the bathroom when we first checked in which was not ours.

Great proximity to the airport but hard to navigate on public transport

Pictures are not a true reflection. Older building that could use some attention. Small things let it down (shower hose had to be held as bracket was broken). Towel holder broken, not big issues when you look at the streets overflowing with rubbish. On the whole decent place to sleep, shower powerful & warm. Basic breakfast but better than expected, croissants are fab. Not keen on dog coming around looking for food, not very hygenic at breakfast. Staff pleasant & helpful. Couldn't really fault it for the price.

We liked the fact that despite arriving late in the evening the receptionist tried to find us a parking space for the car. Also the breakfast was simple but good and we appreciated that the croissants were fresh and kept hot all the time.
The down side was that we needed urgently an iron as we were going to a wedding the day after. They did not have it and the only way to iron the dress would have be to give it to housekeeping and be charged.
An iron should always be available for any inconvenience and not chargeable in a four starts hotel.
Also, I tried to plug in the bedroom's fridge but was not working.
The night receptionists could have been more helpful but was not. Instead the morning receptionist was very accommodating and ready straight away to help.
There were no lights in the corridor resulting difficoult to open the door.
The management should look into improving these few things, apart from that we overall had a good stay.

The staff were amazing, and that’s reason enough to stay here if you just need a night or two close to the Naples airport. The issue is that you have to get cabs to go anywhere, and that can be a bit expensive. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast and coffee downstairs was a huge lifesaver and actually some of the best coffee I’ve had. Plus, they had a beautiful dog hanging around who was so sweet and sat with us and let us pet her while we had breakfast.
