Everyone was very nice and helpful.
And the Hotel very Nice and Central to everything.

Hilton was good, Expedia was the problem. Watch out for them changing dates and refusing to cancel a booking even when you notify them within minutes of booking.

Michael, the pool server was AMAZING! I wish some of your front desk staff (specifically the tall young woman with dark hair and glasses) could learn from him.
He was polite, fast and works hard and I respect the fact that he is probably on his 70's and that he is a Vietnam veteran, kudos to you for employing people of an older age!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Naples Hilton. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it!
