Hotel is as expected for a budget hotel. Room had lots of ghost ants, but I know those are hard to treat, and there was a strong musty smell. Pool area and free breakfast both nice.

Very friendly atmosphere. 3 very good restaurants on premises. Staff willing to help with requests especially during the holiday. Rooms conveniently located around the pool.
My room was 155 -the TV needs and the beds in both 155 and 156 need replacement. I would definitely recommend Gulfcoast and plan to return.

It said the place was renovated, but what they did was change the sinks and put countertops. But the same old scratched up ugly furniture.

WHat can I say. people are hard on stuff that is not theirs. 1 or scratches does not always justify a total replacement.
