Convenient and nice location, great bay views, very helpful and friendly staff. Loud, ants found in bed, outdated decor and furniture, shower drain did not function properly, no smart TV/limited options.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and kind. The location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice looking hotel from outside but a little outdated. Very helpful friendly staff. Naples is dirty city.
