The hotel has a beautiful rooftop restaurant and lounge, our bed was large and comfortable. It is also located in a good spot in Naples for exploring and feeling safe. The breakfast provided was also excellent for Italy. The hotel is a bit worn, the walls in our room were quite scuffed/roughed up, holes in the shower tiles, just some signs of wear I wouldnt expect for a 4 star property. The staff were okay, a bit frigid compared to every other previous stay in Italy over the past 2 weeks, mostly the front desk and bellhop. This is the only property weve stayed in I likely wouldn't choose again.

It was convenient to stay here since it has underground parking and it is conveniently close to most tourist attractions.

Front desk fantastic. AC great and WiFi fine. Needs a coffee machine and nicer bathroom toiletries. Housekeeping great.
The roof top bar is beautiful but without fans outside cannot be used in the summer as too warm. Service ok but have to chase too much.
The location of the hotel is fantastic.

Posted 16 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is lovely and the staff were in general friendly and very helpful. There was only one thing which spoiled what would otherwise have been a perfect stay. On the third night we decided to eat in the hotel, we went to the 9th floor restaurant and sat at the bar for a pre-dinner drink. To say the barman was rude and ignorant was an understatement! However, well done to the reception staff who saved the situation by recommending a really good local restaurant. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and the staff in reception were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel but avoid the barman on the 9th floor!!
