Great location; next to Garibaldi train station and central in the city. Good size room and nice bathroom. Didn’t use the bar or breakfast so can’t comment. Staff no different to others in Italy, indifferent.

Very conveniently located and staff was very helpful with any questions I had. The room was very nice for the price perfect for a quick stay!

Nice looking hotel. Area around not great. Had to lug suitcase to third floor.

We stayed at Grand Europa during our Italy trip in Sep 2024. Hotel is good with clean rooms , helpful staff, convenient location and good restuarant. The area around the hotel is noisy. Overall good value for money deal.

I chose this hotel because of the location and budget friendly.
Pros. Friendly staff, easy public transports, and tour facilities
Con. Bathroom has no shower curtain, bathroom door needs to be tinted.
