Charming place highly recommended the only problem is the train station is about a mile away and there are no busses but other than that it is exceptional.

Very nice and cozy place, lot's of plants everywhere, animal-friendly. Very authentic and colourful. Liked it!

This place is rather interesting! Nice and clean. Still not sure the difference between the rooms, but they're pretty good and spacious. Shower is a bit weird as they're facing each other with nowhere to change - so it might be a problem when it's busy in summer. Staff are nice. kitchen is commercial grade so be careful. The 2 cats are lovely, as well. :)

I arrived late after getting lost. They didn't care. I paid for nothing and wasted money. I had to book another hotel.

At first this person checked in in the evening, and by himself decided to sleep on the couch in the reception (that is non respectful and rude itself) then, may happens that someone occupy the wrong bed, the fact was that he pretended to be refunded for that night, what are we talking about??But, overall, who's writing didn't say to be visibly drunk and offensive, our staff was scared of his "complains" and for two days he's been annoying with other guests and with all staff (always drunk). He didn't say to be here till 14 after his check out (at 10:00) and he didn't say to came back the day after just to occupy our common areas without book and pay nothing. Last thing: he tried to be refunded before for one night by texting us and threaten us to write a bed review in case of no refund. Well, this is his bed review. We would like to point out this person also for next hostels.

At first, the young lady at the reception was very nice. My wallet, with all my bank cards and my passport where stolen in Napoli the day before. So I had a long ttwo days. By the time I arrived back it was very late at night. So I didn"t want to disturb the other people in the room. So I decided to organize my things, then sleep on the couch in the common area. Later the next day when I went to the bed the woman gave me, I saw that someone was sleeping in my bed during the night. I had put my suitcase/baggage next to the bed and my sheets on the bed the morning the receptionist gave me my bed. When I went to complain, I was treated very rudely and disrespectful. I was told that it was my fault. Not a good feeling when I left.
