I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Napoli! The service was truly exceptional—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards, making it easy to feel at home. The gardens were absolutely beautiful—a serene oasis that provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also appreciated how easy and convenient the parking access was, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Napoli!

Excellent breakfast buffet and good restaurant for evening dinner. Very helpful staff. Nice garden area with a view of Naples. Convenient to an expressway to travel to areas of interest. However, road to get to hotel dicey, very narrow and 2 way street.

Staff were great. Nice property but obviously 50 years old or more. Could use a bit of love. Bed was horrible. Mattresses broken. If the owners ever chose to update it would be amazing. Their rooftop view of Naples was beyond words...

The hotel was great! The property was great and gated so I felt safe and the room was very large. Driving to the hotel was a challenge and parking was limited. We just stayed for 1 night and did not try to go into the city so I am not sure how walkable the location was. Overall, it was a great spot.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to be able to get a quick taxi transfer to the airport. It is set in beautiful gardens on a hill. It is walkable to the city centre in about 20 mins, which is great, but it is quite a hard walk down and up again via a lot of steps. We thought the hotel provided a courtesy transfer to the centre, but we were told no as this needed to be requested the day before. If you are only staying one night then this isn't possible, so this needs sorted. The evening meal in their restaurant was great. A very large, clean bedroom was also great, but there was only 1cover sheet so it was cold in bed. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely roof terrace. You can hear planes but this didn't annoy us and there's not so much plane noise overnight. No car noise which is great.

Everything was fine except that during check-in the reception person insisted on charging my daughter an additional amount for a 5th person even though I booked the room that clearly indicated it sleeps 5. I don’t understand the false advertising and I certainly did not appreciate the additional charges. If you book a room that says it sleeps 5 and you pay the price on line you should not be charged for the 5th person at check in. Get it right!

Breakfast was not good, tables had some ants walking on them, the food was not great at breakfast, some rooms are basically under the ground level in what seems like a basement, the corridors had a strong smell Staff are good though and we got a free upgrade

Lovely place!! I had to stay for just a quick night stopover. Solo, i felt safe, beautiful place thats gated, pretty gardens and a beautiful view of the city, water and Mt. Vesuvius! Restaurant was open untill 11pm (thankfully as my flight got in late)!! The only change I would make would be pay bit extra to not stay on ground floor. But rooms were simple but loveky and HUGE!!!!! I would definitely stay again!! Thank you!
