There were roaches. The cleaning crew did a great job cleaning the room everyday. The torn leather couch could have been replaced.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and while it is older and not updated, rooms are spacious and property landscaping and outdoor areas are gorgeous. However, after this last trip I will not be returning. Not only is this place a bit more expensive than other hotels in nicer conditions but room this time was dirty, the room was not cleaned in between days (only towels changed, pools were dirty and jacuzzi was a greenish yellow color with hair and other things floating in the water. One of my kids jumped in to warm up and when I saw what the water looked like, I had them get out and take a shower. Their bathing suit smelled terribly as well. Will not be going back. Rooms were almost $325 a night for a very dingy, old, and dirty stay.

Negatives... very cheap furniture, 2 live roaches in bathroom, not very sound proof room as I could hear every person that walked by and cars driving by, staff was not very forthcoming and it seemed I needed to know exactly what questions to ask to get information, hot tubs didn't seem to work at all which was disappointing, no locks available for rental bikes. A positive... location. I could walk to Lowdermilk Beach because it was only 1 mile away. There were a lot of convenient businesses close by such as a mall and grocery store and restaurants. Overall... definitely not at all worth the money and I will not be staying there again.

This property was a disaster to stay in, the place was dirty, bugs on the walls, dirty shower, dirty floor and they overcharged me 20 dollars, there is no way this place was worth 222.00 a night

My wife, son and I had a great time and stay. The hot tub was definitely a plus for us. We also enjoyed the koi ponds
