Property was very close to the beach and the associated public park; a short 100 meter walk. Our room also had a view of the beach area.

Check in was easy. View was fantastic. Staff were brilliant. Bed was comfy. Location was perfect 5 min walk into town.
Bathroom needed some tlc and paintwork dated.

Awesome place, Had been freshly renovated and thoroughly enjoyed my stay with a great view. It will definitely be my no1 choice when staying in Napier.

Unfortunately the rooms are a bit tired looking. I had a room on the ground floor which was terribly noisy. I’m not sure the windows on the bifolds are double glazed so every vehicle that drove past was very loud. For this reason, I wouldn’t chose to stay here again :(

We had a very nice experience, enjoyed the quietness, the jacuzzi spa and the ocean view. Nice and welcoming staff too.
