It was a great staying experience at Crown Plaza Jinnan, friendly and helpful staff members and excellent and clean facilities, tasty breakfast with so many options.

Spacious rooms bad connectivity
Posted 21 Sep 2018The property is good and the staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are good size and if you are going with kids then extra beds will not restrict movement.
However the major negative is connectivity. Taxis are hard to find and I could not see any metro station nearby.
In my view good hotel for people who have some time in hand especially holiday makers . Business travelers should weigh the pros and cons .
Another problem was was housekeeping and room were not cleaned completely everyday until asked.

Great hotel by International School of Tianjin
Posted 31 Oct 2016 on HotelsWe visited Tianjin for a volleyball tournament at International School of Tianjin and this hotel was about 10km away. The area immediately around the school doesn't offer Western style hotels. This hotel is VERY comfortable with spacious rooms and a fantastic buffet breakfast. One evening we ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, which offered excellent foot - mapo tofu, delicious ribs, fried green beans with garlic sauce, and good wine list. Also more reasonably priced than other Crowne Plaza properties in Tianjin. One "problem" with this hotel is the lack of shops and restaurants in its more remote location. Nothing within walking distance, but a 10-20 minute cab ride will get you access to shops - about 30-40 minutes downtown.

The hotel is not in the city center so it is a bit of inconvenient to transport.
