"Room was very clean, updated with lovely nautical decor. Hosts were responsive. Nice safe area and convenient to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Lobby filled with snacks to purchase.
Of note: Adjoining wall was thin and could hear neighbors TV and conversations. Lobby is unlocked and room door had an entry code but could use a dead bolt for added safety.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and would come again! "

breakfast just donuts and coffee on Wednesdays to Sundays. Yet
restaurants close by where you can buy
breakfast and bring back to enjoy at the hotel. "

"Walking distance from the ferry. We stayed one night in the off season. King size bed was comfortable. Shower and tub were in the room.
Breakfast was continental. The banana bread and coffee were good. They definitely had a variety of
breakfast options. We ate at Brotherhood of Thieves and Surfside. Dinner at Brotherhood was fantastic and also the live music upstairs, all within walking distance. Gayle has the best home made cookies too! "

"Well maintained B&B with lots of charm within walking distance to the ferry, shops,
dining and the Whaling museum. Forrest and Giuseppe were lovely hosts. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"In a residential neighborhood just past the upper edge of the business area, we enjoyed the quiet street and short walk to everything. We understand that the home once belonged to a
sea captain. Now, it is up-to-date (but not too modern) where it counts, freshly painted, clean and comfortable. The HVAC system was quiet and it maintained our temperature setting during a few days of cool weather. The continental
breakfast was excellent - from the spinach souffle (?) to the chocolate...
