"My daughter and I LOVED everything about this hotel! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of closet space so we didn’t have to live out of our suitcases. The location was perfect - the Metro is just across from the hotel and the surrounding area had lots of great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely come back!"

"An outstanding hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. A little concerned about billing. Told I would get an invoice by e-mail. Nothing received. The stay was pre-paid. We had no additional charges at the hotel but we now see a pending additional charge on our credit card. Hyatt is an outstanding company so I am sure it will get resolved. "

"Having the shuttle available was great. If we needed to go into Paris, we took the shuttle to the airport and took the trains from there. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was so good, and the beds were comfortable. Hay stay!"
