"Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is...

"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."

"I was so thrilled with the hotel right from checking in to arriving in the room it was so comfortable cozy the lighting was amazing. The shower was extraordinary and when the best stays in a hotel I think I’ve ever had. I enjoyed every moment the sheer fact that it was in the centre of Cardiff was an absolute bonus. "

"At check in we were asked if we were light sleepers. We travelled as a couple and we're told there were a lot of stag & he dos on site so were offered a quiet room. Room was perfect - spacious and very quiet we slept until 8.45 which is a luxury for us. Bed and pillows were super comfy and shower was amazing. This is out third stay and room 020 is our favourite xx"

"My wife and myself stayed here for two nights. Easy check-in. The swimming pool was clean and nice to have . The bar and restaurant was clean and the staff were very helpful. Especially Anthony and Sabina. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. Our room was on the 4th floor. Which was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again "
