This was our favourite hotel during our entire japan trip . We had the family room with the bunkbed for the kids . We also had a beautiful view . So roomy And clean . Service was great . We also took the Tuktuk ride to the train station . Highly recommend this hotel !

The property was phenomenal. My family stayed in a club level suite and the views from our room and the club level lounge were breathtaking. The club lounge was a great bonus and breakfast included was delicious! We will book Gran Centara’s from here on out!

I recently stayed at the Centara hotel in Namba Osaka with my family for three nights. We booked the standard room with a king bed for 2 adults and 1 child, and our overall experience was fantastic.
One of the things that stood out to us was the bright and airy atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable, providing a pleasant stay throughout. We particularly appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly initiative of using glass bottles instead of plastic for water, showing their commitment to sustainability.
During our stay, we unexpectedly dined at the hotel restaurant, Whiskey Nova, on our last night. The meal was outstanding, with both the seafood and steak dishes being well-prepared and delicious. The service at the restaurant was top-notch, and we were warmly welcomed despite our casual attire. The beautiful view added to the overall dining experience, making it truly memorable.
Moreover, the hotel's location right at Namba Parks was incredibly convenient for us. Being centrally located made exploring the area much easier, and we found it convenient for dining and shopping options.
Overall, our stay at the Centara hotel was a delightful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. From the comfortable rooms to the exceptional dining experience at Whiskey Nova, our time at the hotel was truly enjoyable and memorable.

The Centara was an excellent property from top to bottom. The front desk was incredibly helpful, our suite was perfect and the lounge was wonderful. Absolutely cannot wait to return!
