This might just be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. I stayed at the Centara Grand in Koh Samui in July and this was even better than that one.

Wonderful staff. Our room was beautiful and very well appointed. We enjoyed the hotel restaurants and the proximity to the mall shopping was very convenient.

Only stayed 1 night but the hotel was easy to get to from the train station, the corner room had a fantastic view, good breakfast selection and was nice to have the gym. Felt well taken care of. Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and it was excellent, the best view and mentioned it was our honeymoon and the staff made a special effort.

No early check in for any guests resulted in everyone trying to check in at 3pm which caused a long queue and delays. We were waiting for over 25 minutes. The communal areas are nice however, the rooms are certainly not 5*, nor is the service. No added extras; you have to pay for everything other than 1 bottle of water. The restaurants and bars are very expensive. If you get a good deal then the hotel is worth a stay however, it certainly isn’t a 5* experience.
