"Everything in our room that could break was broken, including the shower door, towel rack, kettle, and window latches. Even the cups were chipped, and one of the entrance keys we were given didn't work. Even though we were in a double room, we had to request a second towel on 2/3 days we stayed there. ..."

"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room."
