Posted 16 Sep 2015 on HotelsWhen we arrived they did not have our booking. Triple room not available and had to have 1 double and 1 single. We chose this hotel for 3 single beds. They did not expect us at breakfast and had to go shopping. Our room was not cleaned and the beds were not made up at all during the stay. We did not have enough towels. Nobody on the staff spoke English but made it clear that we were a nuisance and that they were not going to help. We think that this hotel should not be included on your list of hotels. It was truly dreadful. Nancy is a beautiful town. Everyone else we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location
Considering this is a 2 Starr hotel, it is not too bad. Close to the place Stanislas square which is very beautiful.

Porte fermée, personne pour ouvrir entre 20h15 et 21 h. J'ai dû téléphoner pour que quelqu'un vienne ouvrir. Mais personne agréable et qui a présenté ses excuses.
Confort satisfaisant pour une nuit, en rapport au prix de la chambre. Endroit calme.
