Great hotel

Very poor hotel
Posted 5 Jan 2020 on HotelsWere given a room 1019 above the air conditioning units for the hotel. Very noisy and asked to change rooms. Moved to 2018. Aircon did not work. Asked for a repair to be done. We were given a fan and told that's it!! Very poor management. Generally grubby hotel other than the lobby and restaurant floor. Not near a five star rating.
