We assured her that this was not possible since we used Apple Pay, but she became agitated and asked us to accompany her to the reception computer. "Rude management, bedding in a pile on the beds unmade, single bed duvet for two beds pushed togther .. refused to provide double bed duvet though they did provide a second single duvet, one single blanket and one towel. when questionned we were told its the onwers decisionn and the manager had lots of eperince so they were correct. it was explained that many customers complained about the beds then the followng mornign the opposite was told to us. Never again"

"The views were fantastic, staff helpful and polite. Food very good. The rooms are basic but clean. This is a resort build on a mountain and we were aware it was not a city type hotel. Some people seemed surprised and had not considered this was a very remote location. A great place to get the Africa experience. "
